Woodoodoodooody… I thought my 6k vidlet would be a goober bonanza, but with the icky and craptastic weather Ma Nature has decided to shizz all over my geographical area, Simon is stuck in the barn and I in the house waiting for the mud to dry/freeze enough for us to film at all. Psshhh!! Being a rather impatient person, particularly with the weather, I decided EFF DIS! and here we go! I didn’t really know what I wanted to do with this video, so hopefully it’s not to off the wall, as my imagination tends to be regarding videos and stuff, but anyhoo… I was hoping to get across in the video that only those who witness firsthand how much attachment and how much love there is in a bond between a horse and a rider can truly fathom the depth from which the connection is engendered (I’m seeing a recurring motif in my videos hahahahahaha!!!). Being one of those people, I can be the one to tell those who haven’t ever experienced such a bond with a horse that when you look into those eyes, they reflect YOU. Not the facade you may display in defense of your innermost secrets when others are around, but the you that you may have forgotten or left behind in your childhood innocence. They reflect the dreams we’ve lost, the paths we’ve mistakenly overlooked, and the refuge in which our hearts can be sheltered without the fear of losing what’s most precious to us through petty gossip or harsh critisism …
